Our FAQs
Cafe Rider is a converted warehouse space in the heart of Dubai’s industrial district, forming the perfect intersection between specialty coffee and custom motorcycles. It’s a café, a roastery and a workspace for custom motorcycles all rolled into one, then garnished with a pinch of character.
We’re located in the heart of Dubai’s industrial district, Al Quoz. Our exact address is Warehouse 7, 14 C St, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3.
Please do! We pride ourselves on how inclusive our space is, so the more the merrier!
We are not pet-friendly unfortunately, so please leave your furry friends at home.
Our customers are welcome to park on the paved area immediately in front of the Cafe and in the designated parking area in the service lane. The cul-de-sac is completely off-limits for parking, something that Dubai Police enforces pretty strictly, so we’d strongly recommend parking elsewhere.
We decide these on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at events@caferider.com. It has always been our policy to keep our Cafe open to our customers during regular business hours no matter how attractive the business offer is!
We will only rent out the full space after hours. However, our mezzanine area can be booked for events. We have held various types of events (such as Cars and Coffees, product launches, business presentations, coffee tasting sessions and more) at the Cafe before, so do get in touch.
We do service and repair all types of motorcycles so don’t hesitate to call for an appointment and bring your two-wheeled machine by. Additionally, if you’re dropping your motorcycle off with us, your coffee and meal is on us!
We don’t sell motorcycles at this time, but feel free to reach out if a bike catches your eye – we may be able to put you in touch with the owner.
Currently our beans come from Ethiopia, Kenya, Brazil and El Salvador. We frequently change our selection though, so do ask our baristas for the latest additions! All our coffee is roasted on site, at the Cafe Rider Roastery. You can purchase our coffee beans to take home or gift, and we can grind the beans upon request according to your favourite coffee brewing method.
All our food is proudly made in-house at the Cafe Rider kitchen, which is located on site.
Our menu is designed to cover a variety of different cuisines and appeal to diverse palates. We do offer gluten-free and vegan options and do our best to accommodate customer requests. Simply mention your dietary restrictions to us and our chefs will ensure that your meal abides by them.
Absolutely! Custom motorcycles and specialty coffee are our art form, and we encourage you to express yours, whatever that art form is, or just enjoy ours! We also have plenty of options on our menu if coffee is not your cup of tea. Our regular crowd includes just about everyone from financiers to creatives and athletes, so don’t be shy, just come by! Everyone is welcome.
Yes, you can find us on Noon Foods, Careem and Deliveroo!
Our first priority is our customers, which means that we don’t allow either photography or videography during our regular hours of operation. After hours however, we do permit photography and videography, if arranged beforehand. For any inquiries about availability and charges, please get in touch with us at info@caferider.com.
