Metad’s Beriti site, located 437 km south of Addis Ababa, processes both washed and sun-dried coffees at an altitude of 1,700 to 2,200 meters. With annual rainfall between 1,200 and 1,599 mm and temperatures ranging from 15°C to 19.9°C, the beans thrive in the rich reddish-brown clay loam soil, capturing the essence of their unique environment.
