Grown at altitudes ranging from 1,250 to 2,150 MASL and processed with care at the innovative Siete Soles Drying Complex, this lot brings a cup profile that is rich and layered—with notes of molasses, dried fruits, grapes, and apple. Crafted for filter brewing, this medium roast was also selected as the 2025 competition coffee for A Shot in the Dark, making it a standout for both daily enjoyment and special occasions.
